Colourful Food! Cook Healthy food for children at home but in an interesting way. Children generally love colours. So add colours in the food like orange by adding carrots, green by coriander leaves, yellows by yellow capsicums
Hot milk once in a day! Milk is full of vitamins and not at all responsible for weight gain. Add Dry fruit powder instead of sugar and chocolate syrup in milk.
Play games! It would be really great if you can spend quality time with your child playing hide and seek or ball games when convenient. Your child will definitely love this change in life!
Activity! Let your child be involved in some activity he loves. Sometimes free timing also cause extra food intake which leads to obesity.
